Thank you for shopping with Releva. This Shipping Policy explains how our order processing and delivery works.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a major delay with your order, we may contact you by email.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, standard shipping usually takes:
United States: 7–15 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days, if available
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or other issues outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been shipped. This is normal and does not mean your order is lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you enter the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopreleva.com
We cannot guarantee that we can change the address after the order has been processed or shipped.
Releva is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, front door, neighbors, building office, or local carrier office first.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.
Releva is not responsible for customs delays or extra fees charged by customs or local authorities.
